Scripture Text: John 17:6-19
As Jesus prepares to leave his disciples in the world, he promises that they will be safe in the world. In the second part of Jesus’ prayer in John 17, the Lord assures his disciples, not that they won’t see trouble, but that no matter what trouble may come, their salvation is secure.
